Nobody reads every email carefully. What separates people who get caught from people who do not is a fast, repeatable sorting habit: obvious junk goes straight out, real conversation gets a reply, and anything touching money or credentials gets verified through a channel you opened yourself.
The timer is deliberate. Under pressure you fall back on pattern recognition rather than careful reading, which is exactly the state you are in when a real phishing email arrives on a Monday morning. Ninety seconds a day is enough to build the reflex.

What is Inbox Zero?+
A 90-second triage game. Each message that appears must be sorted into Trash, Reply or Verify. Correct calls score a point, wrong ones cost you one, and every answer explains itself.
Why is Verify a separate answer?+
Plenty of real messages look alarming and plenty of fakes look boring. Verify is the honest middle answer: do not click the link, open the app or site yourself and confirm there. Learning when to use it is the whole point of the game.
